How to Fix Getting Dizzy When Playing the Flute!

If you're a flute player and you get dizzy when playing, or if you're a flute teacher and your students get dizzy when they play, here's why...

You're using too much air, too quickly!

When you have too big an embouchure hole, too much air comes out. When that happens, you use up your air too quickly when you blow, which means you have to breathe IN more often.

And when you do that, your brain gets overloaded with oxygen and you get dizzy!
